Dr. Idowu Koledade is the Managing Director, Maayoit Healthcare Limited. He graduated as a dental Surgeon from the University of Manchester, England. A member of the Nigerian Medical Council in Dental Surgery. He is a member of the Nigerian Postgraduate College in dental Surgery. He has at various times been appointed into National and International Corporate Governance Positions including the Chairmanship of Inter-country Center for Oral Health for Africa, [WHO &Nigerian Government Collaboration], Federal School of dental Technology and Therapy Enugu and Kwara State Sport Council.

He is a former Chief Medical Director, Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital, Sokoto, Chief Consultant Dental Surgeon and Chief Dental officer Kwara State Ministry of Health.

He has over 30 years experience in the Healthcare Industry. His key skills are in Hospital administration, Research, Training and Corporate Government. All these experiences have enriched his services to Maayoit Healthcare Limited as its Chief Executive Officer.

Dr. Ademola Aderibigbe qualified as a Medical Doctor from University of Ibadan about 30 years ago. He has since been in active medical practice at various levels within and outside Nigeria. He had his postgraduate training at University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Ilorin, Lagos State University Teaching Hospital and Renal Research Fellow at the University College and Middle-Sex School of Medicine, University of London. He had further training at the Manchester Royal Infirmary, Manchester, Uk, and Hammersmith Hospital, UK. He was a British scholar and visiting consultant to sheffield Kidney Institute, UK. He is also a fellow of Royal College of Physicians Edinburgh.

He was formerly the President of Resident Doctors at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital; National President of Resident Doctors in Nigeria; Chairman, Nigerian Medical Association, Kwara State and member of the National Executive Council of NMA for more than a decade. He is also a former Chairman of Sub-specialties committee of Nigerian Medical Association and represented the National President of NMA during the development of NHIS in the nineties.

He was also former Chairman, Project Monitoring Committee and Chairman of NHIS committee of the Univeristy of Ilorin Teaching Hospital and acted as the CMD at various times for many years. He is the Diocesan Medical Adviser to the Anglican Diocese of Kwara. Dr Aderibigbe is a past president of Nigerian Association of Nephrology and Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management(Chartered).

Adedayo Aderibigbe graduated with a Bachelor degree in Medicine and Surgery over 9 years ago from the University of Ilorin.
He had his internship at the University College Hospital, Ibadan.
He also obtained a Masters degree in Health Planning and Management at the University of Ilorin.
He has his postgraduate medical training in Public Health at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital where he obtained the prestigious Fellowship of the West African College of Physicians in Community Medicine.
He has worked in several Healthcare organizations including Balm Hospital, Lower Niger River Basin Clinic, Leah Charity Foundation and University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital amongst many others. He was a Zonal Team Lead for the Nigerian AIDS Indicator and Impact Survey which was coordinated by the University of Maryland/Centre for Disease Control, USA.
He is a clinical epidemiologist, specialist physician and a passionate researcher with interests in Health Policy and Management, Reproductive Health and Infectious Disease and has publications to his credit. He has participated in several researches on Health Insurance in Kwara State particularly on Community Based Health Insurance Scheme coordinated by the Amsterdam Institute of Global Health Development.
He was a former Secretary of the Association of Resident Doctors in UITH and a National Executive Member of the National Association of Resident Doctors(NARD) for several years.
He is a past Editor-in-Chief of the Nigerian Journal of Medicine(NJM); a national peer reviewed journal with international recognition.
He is an active member of the Nigerian Medical Association and have also served in executive positions in the past.

He has attended several conferences, courses and trainings all over the country.

He is currently the Head of Medical Standard and Quality Assurance Department where he oversees the entire Medical Operations of the Organization.

Ademola Fayomi is an experienced Public Health Professional, a Health Administrator and Business Development expert with international and national exposures. His strength lies in Research, Health Management, Business and Policy development.

He holds a Bsc. (Hons) in Public Health from Babcock University Ilisan Remo Ogun State, Nigeria and a Post Graduate Degree in Public Health Research from University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh, Scotland UK and Master Class in Training  the Trainer (Distinction) from Centre of Excellence For Learning &  Development, Winchester, UK.  He holds professional certifications in Health financing, Total Quality Care, from Warwick University UK. Also he holds a Certificate in Business development from Birmingham City College Birmingham UK.

He is a Fellow of the African Institute of Public Health Professional, a Fellow of Institute of Professional Managers & Administrators of Nigeria, an Associate of the British Institute for Leaning & Development, Associate of Faculty of Public Health, U.K, Associate of Society of Public Health Professionals, U.K, and Member, Global Health Council, Washington D.C. U.S.A. 

He began his career in the United Kingdom with an Internship with the Scottish Government, Obesity Control & Physical Activity Unit in 2007 where he worked as a Health Policy Associate involved in developing and benchmarking health policies on weight and diet control for the government of Scotland. He also served as an international volunteer for AIDS.HIV control and management in Palermo Italy in 2008 a project funded by the European Commission.

He worked in various other Public Health Capacities in the United Kingdom, as a Health Researcher, Public Health Data analyst, Health Education & Promotion, Disease Control, and Disaster Management expert. 

In 2012 he served as a Zonal Coordinator/ Principal Quality Assurance Executive at Maayoit Healthcare Limited in charge of the Northern Zonal branch offices of the organization until January 2013 when he joined the services of University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Ilorin Kwara State as a Community Health Officer 1 and was also involved in training of the highest cadre of community Health Workers in Nigeria (C.H.O). 

He is presently the Assistant General Manager Marketing at Maayoit Healthcare Limited where he oversees the entire operations of the Marketing Department.
