Prof. A.B.O Omotoso is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Maayoit Healthcare Limited.

He is a professor of Medicine at University of Ilorin and Consultant Cardiologist with University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital. He trained at the University of Ibadan in the 80s and did his postgraduate training in Nigeria and Glasgow, United Kingdom.

He has attended and delivered scientific papers at many conferences within and outside Nigeria. He was a former Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee and member of board of University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Kwara State. He was a former provost of College of Health Sciences, University of Ilorin and former Chairman of West African College of Physicians. He has studied and taught in so many institutions locally and internationally.

He is an experienced scholar, astute administrator, medical expert who enjoys music and playing the piano.

Dr. Idowu Koledade is the Managing Director, Maayoit Healthcare Limited. He graduated as a dental Surgeon from the University of Manchester, England. A member of the Nigerian Medical Council in Dental Surgery. He is a member of the Nigerian Postgraduate College in dental Surgery. He has at various times been appointed into National and International Corporate Governance Positions including the Chairmanship of Inter-country Center for Oral Health for Africa, [WHO &Nigerian Government Collaboration], Federal School of dental Technology and Therapy Enugu and Kwara State Sport Council.

He is a former Chief Medical Director, Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital, Sokoto, Chief Consultant Dental Surgeon and Chief Dental officer Kwara State Ministry of Health.

He has over 30 years experience in the Healthcare Industry. His key skills are in Hospital administration, Research, Training and Corporate Government. All these experiences have enriched his services to Maayoit Healthcare Limited as its Chief Executive Officer.

Dr. Ademola Aderibigbe qualified as a Medical Doctor from University of Ibadan about 30 years ago. He has since been in active medical practice at various levels within and outside Nigeria. He had his postgraduate training at University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Ilorin, Lagos State University Teaching Hospital and Renal Research Fellow at the University College and Middle-Sex School of Medicine, University of London. He had further training at the Manchester Royal Infirmary, Manchester, Uk, and Hammersmith Hospital, UK. He was a British scholar and visiting consultant to sheffield Kidney Institute, UK. He is also a fellow of Royal College of Physicians Edinburgh.

He was formerly the President of Resident Doctors at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital; National President of Resident Doctors in Nigeria; Chairman, Nigerian Medical Association, Kwara State and member of the National Executive Council of NMA for more than a decade. He is also a former Chairman of Sub-specialties committee of Nigerian Medical Association and represented the National President of NMA during the development of NHIS in the nineties.

He was also former Chairman, Project Monitoring Committee and Chairman of NHIS committee of the Univeristy of Ilorin Teaching Hospital and acted as the CMD at various times for many years. He is the Diocesan Medical Adviser to the Anglican Diocese of Kwara. Dr Aderibigbe is a past president of Nigerian Association of Nephrology and Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management(Chartered).

Chief Ademola Dare-Williams is an Administrator per Excellence and an Entrepreneur. He has a HND in Building Technology from the then Sokoto Polytechnic Birnin-Kebbi. He is the Chairman of Prime-Tadd Nig. Ltd. and He is presently the Project Director Albercon Nig. Ltd an Engineering Company which deals with road construction.

Mrs Bolawale Koledade is an example of a successful entrepreneur who has over 40 years of Business experience in Business development and trading. She is an astute team player which has won her many accolades in several organizations. Mrs Koledade has sharp intellect, very creative and is always a shoulder to lean on when crucial business decisions are needed.

Chief Debo Omotosho had his formal Education in Pharmacy both at the School of Pharmacy Zaria and the University of Bradford, UK. He’s a member of several professional bodies which include; Member of the Royal Society of Health of Great Britain [MRSH], Member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain [MRPharms] among others.

He has delivered papers at various forums on wide ranging topics and has contributed to the Economic and Social developments of his community and the nation. His key skills are in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration and Corporate Governance.

He is also the Chairman of Bond Chemical Industries Ltd., Bond Chemist Ltd., Multibond Ventures Ltd., and a National Vice President of the National Association of Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture [NACCIMA], Director of Reckitt and Benckiser and several Companies.

He is the Asiwaju of Awe in Afijo L.G.A of Oyo state.

Pharm. Haruna Muazu is a registered pharmacist. He had his B.Sc. in Pharmacy in 1990 from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Post Graduate Diploma in Management in 1997 from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Bauchi and M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

He has a wide and vast experience in pharmaceutical services. He has been a team member of various pharmaceutical researchs within Nigeria. He has also represented the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria and its affiliates at various levels in Bauchi and Abuja. He is a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria and once a member of the National Executive Council. He is also a member of Association of Community Pharmacists of Nigeria. He has served as Principal Pharmacist at the National Hospital, Abuja and among other institutions before setting up a flourishing pharmaceutical outfit the Pyramid Pharmacy Limited where he is the Managing Director. He is a philanthropist and a successful entrepreneur with vast experience in Management.
